Shipping Policy
At TrueFit Smile, we work hard to get your custom products to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards. Because every whitening tray and retainer is custom-made for your unique smile, shipping times may vary depending on where you are in the process.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we’ll prepare and ship your impression kit (if included) within 1–2 business days.
After we receive your completed impressions, our dental lab begins crafting your custom trays or retainers. Production typically takes 5–10 business days before your order is shipped.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where offered)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
TrueFit Smile is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to help locate your shipment and assist you with the next steps.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their local government.
International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.
Custom Products
Because every TrueFit Smile product is custom-made from your impressions, production begins after your impressions are received and approved.
Please allow adequate production time before your order is shipped.
